In order to improve Health and Safety of staff in Maad Koush pelletizing plant, necessary measures have been taken to reduce air and water pollution, the most important of which are listed below:
- Installation of two electrostatic filtration systems
- Installation of five dust collectors bag filters in different areas of the plant;
- Using Wet Mills
- Utilization of Human wastewater treatment to use its disposal for watering green space
- Recycling the water in the process
- Optimization of energy consumption
- Reducing NOx, SOx, CO and CO2 using proper fuel
